THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Senior Business Operations Analyst in our Revenue Assurance area in Brazil! This is a Remote – Brazil position, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country. Please note that this role is only open to candidates in Brazil. 

This role is part of the Revenue Assurance team within GPS, responsible for protecting the accuracy and integrity of Wellhub's billing and revenue flows. As a Business Operations Analyst, you'll dig into incidents across Billing, Payments, Invoicing, Identity, Notification and Fraud, tracing them back to their root cause before they turn into real revenue loss. You'll work closely with Finance, IT, and Operations, and own the day-to-day operation of our RAID tool — running discrepancy analyses and supporting other teams with it. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team that sits at the core of how Wellhub safeguards its revenue, with real visibility into cross-functional decisions and a direct, measurable impact on the business.

 

YOUR IMPACT

• Incident Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis over incidents addressed to Billing, Payments, Invoicing, Identity, Fraud & Client Master Data, identifying anomalies, providing clarifications, issue root-causes, and potential revenue estimation losses;
• Follow up and address potential changes to the root cause of identified issues. Track the implementation of recommendations to ensure the correctness of the revenue flow and that corrective actions are executed;
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate across Billing, Payments, Invoicing, Identity, and Fraud, and leverage relationships with Finance, IT, and Operations teams to address potential revenue assurance issues;
• Documentation: Ensure that services and billing processes are comprehensively documented. Ensure that processes, findings, analysis, and resolutions are documented for later tracking and potential pattern analysis;
• Ensure correct Billing Assurance through the lineage from issue analysis to the Billing service (recurrences, subscriptions, upsells, etc.);
• RAID (Revenue Assurance) Tool Operations: Operate and maintain the RAID (Revenue Assurance Integrity Driller) tool, including running discrepancy analyses and supporting other teams in its use;

WHO YOU ARE

• Experience in Product and Engineering agile environments, including microservices, also directly involved in IT Operations;
• Experience with SQL technology such as PostgreSQL or MySQL;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in Portuguese and English;
• Software quality and test automation mindset;
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and pattern recognition;
• Ability to translate complex billing/revenue issues into clear, actionable findings for both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini) to speed up data analysis, documentation, and day-to-day operations;
• Proactive and collaborative team player;
• Knowing the internal Wellhub business workflow is a plus.
