Opportunity Overview
Solid Rock Recruiting is representing an established commercial door, frame and hardware organization that is looking for a senior-level leader to oversee its Dallas operations. This is a significant leadership opportunity for someone who can run a business independently, lead a team, build a strong company culture and drive continued growth.

The individual will be responsible for approximately 35 employees across office and installation operations, with a high degree of autonomy and direct influence over the direction and performance of the business. This is not a traditional operations management position. The organization wants someone who will take ownership of the business, make decisions, develop people and drive results.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for the business and its day-to-day operations
• Lead, develop and manage a team of approximately 35 employees, including installation personnel
• Establish and maintain a company culture focused on accountability, teamwork and performance
• Develop customer relationships and drive business development
• Recruit, develop and retain talented employees
• Own the branch P&L, including budgeting, expense management and revenue growth
• Oversee operational performance, financial results and overall profitability
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency and expand market presence

Ideal Background

• Proven experience leading a branch, business or substantial operating division
• Experience managing business operations and financial performance, including P&L responsibility
• Demonstrated ability to develop employees and build a strong organizational culture
• Strong customer relationship and business development capabilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to operate independently and make strategic decisions
• Commercial door, frame and hardware distribution background preferred

Division 8 and commercial contracting knowledge are helpful, but the organization places the greatest weight on proven leadership and business management experience.

Compensation
Competitive base salary, depending on experience, plus performance-based bonus with significant earning potential.
