Outcomes is Omnicom Media's solution to de-risk clients' media investment. It gives them a way to pay only for results and their desired business outcomes. This approach puts clients and OM at the forefront of innovation, pushing the boundaries of what Outcomes can deliver across all forms of digital media.

This Senior Exec role sits within the Outcomes team at Omnicom Media, reporting to the Outcomes Manager. The role covers both sides of the Outcomes workflow: pre-sales support (feasibility and RFP work) and post-sales campaign operations (campaign management, reporting and reconciliation). You will gain breadth of experience working with regional clients, market leadership, key partners and agency leads across major markets.

Responsibilities

Pre-sales and strategy support

  • Support RFP/RFI responses and feasibility assessments, working with partners and DSPs to model potential Outcomes value for clients
  • Prepare and maintain briefing documents, margin overviews and partner collateral
  • Coordinate with vendors on materials needed for client opportunities

Campaign operations

  • Facilitate cross-team coordination to support campaign implementation, documentation and communication throughout the campaign lifecycle. Track the performance and pacing of campaigns against client KPIs and SLAs
  • Deliver weekly client reporting and support the monthly spend and margin reconciliation
  • Coordinate with vendors on standard campaigns and flag issues early

Insight and growth

  • Analyse mid- and post-campaign data to produce clear insights and recommendations for clients
  • Flag upsell and growth opportunities to the wider team
  • Maintain account playbooks and propose improvements to processes and ways of working

Stakeholders

  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, agency leads, markets and vendor partners
  • Keep all parties aligned and manage client expectations through clear, proactive communication

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in advertising, marketing, strategy or partnerships
  • Programmatic and cross-channel digital media experience, or Ad Operations
  • Campaign management experience in digital advertising
  • Media agency or Ad Tech experience, with working knowledge of DSPs and/or ad servers
  • Experience supporting or responding to RFP/RFI is a bonus
  • Advanced written and presentation skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Understanding of digital media in markets outside the UK. Experience abroad is a bonus
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to set and work to deadlines
