Supply Chain Digitization Analyst

Manage functionally the Supply Chain information system on site.

• Ensure that settings and parameters of the information systems on the site are relevant and comply with the local Supply Chain needs

• Monitor the local Supply Chain information System to avoid any deviation compared to the Group standard

• Troubleshoot problems and implement solutions to maintain the continuity of supply chain flow (monitor interface, ensure that Poka Yoke is in place and applied…)

• Provide functional support on the Supply Chain information system to operations (Compass, …)

• Ensure trainings for end users and new comers

Support the new projects/tools implementation on site (train loops, warehouses flows and storage, layout definition…) according to the RO digitalisation objectives or new customer requirements.

• Report and describe to the Digitization and IS management specifications in terms of evolution of functional information system of the supply chain

• Implement locally new functionalities according to the local needs of Supply Chain,

• Participate in VSAs and contribute to the progress plan by tackling mudas. Identify routines, processes to be optimised or AI applicable. 

Offer support to IS competencies when required 

• Test and ensure the good launch of system upgrades.

• Perform training on Physical Flows systems. The position is candidate for KU role

• Support the Inventory Cycle Counting and analyses gaps in relation with the Inventory Analyst

• Support internal periodic inventory

• Regular contact with others departments outside the work group, participate in Cross Functional Teams.

• Support activities to achieve and maintain the Quality System like Compass 1000
