Description
Stonebridge Home Care is hiring caregivers for upcoming holiday help to assist with patient care in our Utah County area. We have patients all throughout the region.
Reliable self-transportation is needed between patient homes.
Typical shifts are about 1 or 2 hours long with each patient.
*Holiday availability for Thanksgiving and the month of December through New Years is needed. *
YOUR ROLE:
Based on your availability, you will assigned to assist our patients who receive personalized care plans. These care plans have been created by a Registered Nurse and detail the tasks to be performed at each of your shifts. Tasks include:
• Personal Cares
o Dressing, bathing, toileting, transfers, Skin breakdowns,
• Home Management Activities
o Light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation,
o Companionship
