- Act as the key liaison and trusted advisor between business clients, technology stakeholders, external partners, and executive management.
- Establish transparent communication channels, proactively manage client expectations, and conduct regular operational reviews and project status briefings.
- Resolve conflicts and facilitate collaboration across globally distributed teams to achieve unified delivery objectives.
4. Metrics, Dashboards & Management Information (MI) Reporting
- Design, implement, and maintain real-time delivery dashboards and automated reporting mechanisms to track team velocity, release progress, and operational health.
- Define, monitor, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and operational metrics.
- Translate complex delivery and engineering data into actionable Management Information (MI) reports and executive summaries for senior leadership.
5. Technical Governance & Process Improvement
- Ensure application design, code quality, and delivery practices adhere to enterprise architectural blueprints, security standards, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Standardize delivery frameworks, release governance, and quality assurance processes across teams.
- Drive incident post-mortems and root-cause analyses to continuously refine delivery stability and resilience.
6. Team Mentorship & Resource Management
- Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to engineers, analysts, and Scrum practitioners.
- Allocate and balance workload capacity across sprints, ensuring optimal resource utilization and team well-being.
7. Governance, Risk & Controls
- Ensure strict adherence to compliance policies, regulatory requirements, information security mandates, and internal audit controls, escalating issues with complete transparency.
