We design, build and support the software behind connected devices, clinical and enterprise integrations, data platforms and AI agents, combining US-based client leadership with a global engineering team. About the role
Our best growth comes when the people delivering the work can also see, and shape, what the client needs next. This role combines both.
You will run software engineering engagements for healthcare, medtech and enterprise clients, and you will be the technical lead in discovery, solution design and proposals. Clients should see you as the person who understands their problem and can explain exactly how Dash will solve it.
What you'll own
Project delivery (about 60%)
- Lead end-to-end delivery of software and product engineering engagements: scope, plan, budget, schedule, risks, dependencies and change control.
- Run Agile delivery across onshore and offshore engineering teams, including sprint planning, demos and retrospectives.
- Own client communication: status reporting, steering committees and escalation management.
- On regulated programs, make sure delivery follows the client's quality system and produces the required documentation.
- Track margin, utilization and forecast for your engagements.
Technical sales (about 40%)
- Lead discovery and requirements workshops with client technical and business stakeholders.
- Shape solutions with our architects and engineers, and own the estimates, staffing plans and technical sections of proposals and SOWs.
- Deliver demonstrations of Dash solutions and accelerators, including AI agents and workflow automation.
- Support RFP responses with technical content and compliance matrices.
- Spot expansion opportunities in the accounts you deliver for, and bring them to the account team.
Your first 90 days
- Take over one or two active engagements and run their governance cadence.
- Support at least two live pursuits through discovery and proposal.
- Learn Dash's delivery playbook, estimation approach and solution accelerators.
What success looks like in year one
- Engagements delivered on schedule and within budget, with consistently high client satisfaction.
- Revenue in the accounts you deliver for grown through extensions and follow-on work.
- New opportunities identified from active engagements and handed to the account team.
- Proposals you supported converted into signed work.
What you bring

Must have
- 2+ years as a client-facing project manager, business analyst or technical lead in software delivery.
- A hands-on technical foundation, and the ability to discuss architecture, integrations and trade-offs with engineers and client technology leaders.
- Experience working with onshore and offshore teams.
- Experience contributing to estimates, SOWs or technical proposal content.
- Strong written and presentation skills, and comfort leading a client workshop or demo.
Nice to have
- Healthcare or medtech software experience (IEC 62304, ISO 13485, FDA design controls).
- Healthcare integration experience: HL7 and FHIR, EHR integrations such as Epic, and integration engines such as Mirth Connect.
- Connected devices (Bluetooth Low Energy, IoT), mobile, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
- AI and LLM-based solutions and workflow automation.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM or SAFe certification.
Education and background
- A background in software development, project management or business analysis, through a degree, a certification or equivalent work experience.
How we'll assess
- Delivery deep dive: walk us through a project you ran, including one that went wrong and what you did about it.
- Case exercise: given a client brief, run a 45-minute mock discovery session and outline a solution, estimate and staffing plan.
- Technical interview with our engineering leadership.
