Position Summary...

The remodel warehouse associate is responsible for supporting remodel and renovation initiatives by organizing, handling, and preparing store fixtures within the fixture warehouse. This role ensures fixtures are accurately processed, safely handled, and efficiently distributed to support the store and renovation operations.

 

 

What you'll do...

1. Load and unload trailers containing fixtures multiple times per day, ensuring safe handling and adherence to established safety procedures.
2. Identify and separate fixtures eligible for salvage and prepare them for shipment to approved third-party vendors in support of waste diversion initiatives.
3. Assemble fixture kits based on daily requests from the Lead Specialist and coordinate their shipment to the store locations to support installation activities.
4. Serve as the designated warehouse keyholder in the absence of the Warehouse Manager, including during periods of travel, illness, or approved time off.
5. Validate incoming deliveries by reconciling shipments with the shipping manifest and communicate discrepancies, including overages, shortages, and damaged fixtures, to the Warehouse Manager for resolution.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for returns, vendor return authorizations (Ras), recalls, and all related documentation, including packing and shipping activities, ensuring completion within established timelines and in accordance with company guidelines.
7. Serve as alternate driver in the absence of the Warehouse Driver, including during periods of illness or approved time off.
8.Maintain current knowledge of company policies, guidelines, and processes related to the handling of damaged and recalled items, and ensure that all new store, store remodels, and store relocation programs and systems are consistently implemented and adhered to on an ongoing basis.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $19.55.
