As the Health, Safety & Environment Executive, you will lead the implementation of Danone’s Health, Safety & Environment strategy at Danone Farm, driving a zero-harm culture across all operations. You will ensure full compliance with legal requirements and WISE standards, proactively identify and mitigate operational risks, and foster a strong safety mindset throughout the organization. By protecting people, animals, assets, and business continuity, you will play a critical role in creating a safe, sustainable, and high-performing work environment. 

About You

As the Safety, Health and Environment Executive, you will be doing the following:

• Establishing and managing a process to measure and report safety performance across farm functions and regularly assess and support their performance. 
•  Preparing and submitting a periodical analysis reports highlighting the status of farm safety performance based on a timely audit plan. 
• Conducting regular risk assessments reviews to farm functions and support the required procedures and instructions to reduce safety risks identified. 
• Acting as the focal point for internal audits and co-ordinate corrective actions to ensure full regulatory compliance. 
• Supporting and executing HS&E training plan for farm employees
• Support to develop a process to audit and monitor preventative maintenance, number of accidents, to ensure safe environment & assets reservation.  
• Supporting farm safety KPIs according to WISE methodology that integrate DANONE KPIs and ensures that the required data are collected and reported in a timely manner.
• Preparing the required annual farm safety CAPEX and OPEX in order to comply with DANONE WISE safety standards and ensure High safety risks are mitigated.

To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have:

 

• Bachelor's degree of relevant studies in the areas of Science, Agriculture, or Engineering.
• Proficient knowledge in Labor & Environmental laws.
• Relevant experience of 2-4 years in a related field within an FMCG environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels
