Description
We are hiring a Senior Product Owner who gets energy from structure, flow and a perfectly organised backlog. Someone who wants to make sure great ideas actually reach healthcare professionals through product developments.
Our Mission
Attendi has already built a strong user base through speech-to-text integrations with electronic health record (EHR) vendors, used by over 300 care organisations in elderly and disability care. With the Attendi App, we are building a one-stop solution for AI-driven administration in healthcare: structured documentation, conversation summaries, voice-driven workflows and AI assistance, anytime, anywhere.
Our product and development team is growing fast. Our Product Lead, a former nurse, owns the what and the why: our users, the roadmap and experiments. To keep up with the pace, we’re looking for someone who owns the how and the when: turning that roadmap into well-structured, realistic and predictable delivery, together with our development team leads.
Your Role
As Senior Product Owner at Attendi, you will:
Translate roadmap items, experiments and MVPs into epics and user stories, with clear acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements (performance, security, privacy, platforms).
Own the development backlog in Jira: clear, up to date and one to two sprints ahead with work that’s ready to build.
Set up and guard our Definition of Ready and Definition of Done.
Prepare and lead refinement and sprint planning with our dev team leads.
Propose 6-week cycle goals and sprint goals, based on capacity, dependencies, risk and effort.
Propose the balance between features, bugs, tech debt and maintenance.
Be the first point of contact for developers on tickets, and handle small scope questions yourself.
Spot blockers, risks and delays early and solve them with the dev leads.
Help turn uncertain AI work into small, measurable experiments.
Accept delivered work, prepare phased rollouts and pilots, and write release notes for sales, implementation and support.
Make sure our requirements are traceable from requirement to story, test and release, as required for our medical device (MDR) certification.
Align technically with EHR vendors and partners on integrations, APIs and releases.
Make progress visible with Jira dashboards and delivery metrics.
