What You Will Do
- Drive Manufacturing Excellence: Design, execute, and troubleshoot high-quality, cost-effective manufacturing solutions tailored to customer requirements.
- Leverage Technical Tools: Create, analyze, and verify essential documentation, production models, and programs to optimize our daily processes.
- Collaborate and Lead: Bridge the gap between cross-functional disciplines and suppliers, ensuring smooth product lifecycles from specification to delivery.
- Support the Floor: Work independently utilizing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) while providing hands-on support and guidance to our direct production line operators.
- Champion Safety and Quality: Maintain strict process controls, proactively manage risks, and safely operate essential manufacturing equipment.
What You Bring
- An Associate’s Degree paired with 2 or more years of relevant industry experience (we also welcome an equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience).
- A strong work ethic, a commitment to continuous learning, and a passion for manufacturing innovation.
