About this Role

R. R. Cassidy is hiring a Project Scheduler in Beaumont, TX 77705. The Project Scheduler builds, maintains, and reports on the schedules that keep construction projects on time. Working with project managers, estimators, superintendents, and foremen, you turn scope, crew availability, outages, and material deliveries into clear schedules, and you flag risks and delays before they affect the job.

What You'll Do

• Update schedules weekly with progress from superintendents and foremen, and maintain look-ahead schedules (2 to 6 weeks) for field crews.
• Resource-load schedules for crews, equipment, and materials, and coordinate assignments, travel, and lodging with operations.
• Track outages, permits, clearances, and customer constraints, and build them into the schedule.
• Identify delays and schedule risks, analyze their impact on completion dates, and recommend recovery plans to project managers.
• Produce schedule reports, progress curves, and variance analyses for project teams, leadership, and customers.
• Support change orders and claims with schedule impact analysis and supporting documentation.
• Lead schedule review meetings and maintain schedule standards, naming, and templates across projects.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of construction scheduling experience; utility, substation, or transmission and distribution work is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, and advanced Excel skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication, and comfort working with superintendents and field crews.
• Strong organization and attention to detail under changing priorities.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
