Job Description
1. Preparation and Analysis of Financial Statements:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
- Analyze financial data and provide decision-making support to management.
2. Tax Filing and Compliance Management:
- Responsible for various company tax filings, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Monitor changes in tax policies, provide tax compliance recommendations, and ensure the company’s tax risks are controllable.
3. Internal Control and Audit Support:
- Assist in establishing and improving internal control systems to ensure compliance of financial processes.
- Cooperate with internal and external audits, providing required financial data and support.
4. Cost Control:
- Analyze cost structures and propose cost control recommendations.
5. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial support and advice.
- Maintain good communication with external tax authorities to ensure smooth handling of tax matters.
6. Financial System Maintenance and Optimization:
- Maintain and optimize financial management systems to improve work efficiency.
- Train and guide finance team members to enhance overall professional standards.
