HR Payroll Manager

• Erstellung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung unter Berücksichtigung der geltenden steuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Bestimmungen und Betreuung aller dazugehörigen Folgeaktivitäten
• Selbstständige Durchführung von Melde-, Berichts- und Bescheinigungswesen sowie Korrespondenz mit Krankenkassen, Ämtern und Behörden
• Verantwortung für Stammdatenpflege und Abwesenheitsverwaltung
• Korrespondenz mit Mitarbeitern
• Mitwirkung bei Betriebsprüfungen & Jahresabschluss
• Erstellung von Auswertungen, Statistiken, Analysen und Reporting
• Mitarbeit bei HR-Projekten sowie Unterstützung bei HR-Prozesse
   

WAS DU MITBRINGST

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung/Steuerfachangestellte
• Erste Berufserfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung/Personalsachbearbeitung
• Kenntnisse im Umgang in DATEV, MS-Office, Excel und ATOSS
• Sehr sorgfältige und genaue Arbeitsweise mit hoher Verbindlichkeit sowie Flexibilität
• Hohe Integrität, Diskretion und absolute Zuverlässigkeit
• Ausgeprägte „Hands On“ – Mentalität
• Gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Team- und Begeisterungsfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Eigeninitiative
