Field Service Technician - South Carolina

Environmental Tectonics Corporation, a growing, dynamic company located just outside of Philadelphia, PA is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to support our operations in the Southeast Region (South Carolina - Greenville/Spartanburg) of the United States. This individual should be a team player who can also work independently and should be an innovative thinker as well as quality driven.

Essential Job Functions:

• System assembly, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair.
• Reading mechanical drawings, electrical schematics and facility drawings.
• On-site installation and service visits.
• Requires use of electronics test and calibration equipment, soldering, brazing and standard plumbing and hand tools.
• Ability to read and understand device documentation.
• Write and maintain reports, documentation, records and reviews of all systems.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years experience as a Field Service Technician.
• Excellent mechanical and electrical abilities.
• Must have experience with PLC and industrial PC control systems.
• Satisfactory completion of AC/DC circuit analysis instruction.
• Competency in reading electrical schematics and P&ID drawings.
• Driver's license with record in good standing.
• Strong customer service skills.

This position will require frequent travel within the United States as well as occasional international travel.
