Human Resources - Employee Health Nurse

Delta Health System is seeking an Employee Health Nurse to join in our patient-focused team.

Requirements:

• Responsible for managing employee occupational health services, regulatory compliance, immunization programs, nursing recruitment support, student nurse extern and preceptorship programs, American Heart Association (AHA) Training Center activities, workers' compensation coordination, and employee wellness initiatives.
• Will collaborate with Human Resources, Nursing Administration, Infection Prevention, and community educational partners to promote a safe and healthy workforce.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Mississippi
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum of three (3) years clinical nursing experience
• Experience in employee health, occupational health, education or staff development, preferred
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Instructor certification or ability to obtain within six (6) months of hire
