Summary of Job Duties:
The Psychology SMI and Forensic Postdoctoral Fellow is a trainee who is receiving advanced training in providing care to individuals with a Serious Mental Illness diagnosis under the direction of a Licensed Psychologist. The goal is to provide advanced training in psychological evaluations, therapeutic techniques, interdisciplinary consultation, and mentoring to doctoral-level Psychologists who are in the beginning stages of their professional career.
Qualifications:
Ph. D required.
Responsibilities:
Mentor to predoctoral-level Psychologists who are in the beginning stages of their professional career.
Provide clinical services at the Arkansas State Hospital.
Works with patients with serious mental illness diagnoses.
Provide psychological evaluations, forensic evaluations, therapy, behavioral management, and consultation.
Perform other duties as assigned.
