About the Role

An established High-Net-Worth family is seeking an experienced House Manager to oversee the operations of their private residence in Singapore. This leadership role is responsible for managing the household team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and delivering exceptional service standards with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of a large private residence, ensuring the home is maintained to exceptional standards.
• Lead, supervise and coordinate the household team, including helpers, nannies, chefs and chauffeurs.
• Develop staff schedules, allocate duties, monitor performance and foster a positive working environment.
• Coordinate household activities to support the daily needs of the family, including elderly family members and a young child.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors, ensuring timely maintenance, repairs and servicing of the property.
• Oversee household inventories, procurement of supplies and operational budgets where required.
• Coordinate transportation schedules and ensure all family vehicles are properly maintained.
• Support the planning and execution of private events, family gatherings and guest hospitality.
• Maintain accurate household records, service contracts and maintenance schedules.
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism and service excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience managing a luxury private residence, family office or High-Net-Worth household.
• Proven experience leading a sizeable household team.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting multi-generational households will be an advantage.
• Proactive, hands-on, resourceful and solutions-oriented.
• High level of integrity, discretion and professionalism.
• Flexible to accommodate the operational needs of a private household when required.
