For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- At least 10 years of experience administering Microsoft 365 environments
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID: identity management, Conditional Access, PIM, SSO, and MFA
- Advanced experience with Exchange Online: troubleshooting, connectors, security, eDiscovery, and compliance policies
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams: voice, governance, telephony integration, and security policies
- Proficiency in SharePoint Online: site administration, permissions, migrations, and governance
- Hands-on experience with PowerShell and automation tools (Power Automate, Logic Apps, Graph API)
- Knowledge of cloud security practices (Zero Trust, monitoring, Defender for 365, Defender for Cloud)
- Experience with migration projects (on-premises to M365/Azure)
- Fluency in English (at least a B2 level)
- Availability for hybrid work in Porto (requires Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit).
