Description
A bit about the company:
Strategic Growth Stage:
The company is one of the best-funded autonomous driving technology companies in the U.S. and is rapidly expanding its engineering organization as it partners with leading automotive manufacturers and mobility providers to bring autonomous driving technology to commercial scale.
Mission-Driven Innovation:
The company is developing one of the world's most advanced autonomous driving platforms, combining cutting-edge AI with automotive-grade hardware to deliver safe, scalable self-driving technology. Their licensing model enables autonomous capabilities across multiple vehicle platforms, accelerating the future of intelligent transportation.
Impactful Work:

Your work will influence both near-term product releases and the long-term evolution of autonomous driving capabilities.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 3 years developing software for robotics, autonomous systems, or related technologies.
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or C++.
- Solid understanding of robotic systems architecture, including sensing, localization, perception, prediction, behavior planning, and control.
- Experience working with simulation and real-world validation of autonomous or robotic systems.
- Excellent analytical thinking, communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
