Description
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ year experience in Auditing or in legal department involving legal processes or in US eviction Process
- 3+ years in operations-related roles involving non-voice processes
- Responsible for the eviction process, to include working with counsel/Nationwide to file evictions accurately and timely via various portals.
- Assist in review and audit of eviction filings and overall demand/eviction process to maintain accuracy.
- Monitor progress/ timeline of eviction completion & ensure compliance as per State statutes.
- Monitor & update Yardi and eviction portals with details as required
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to execute/resolve eviction related activities/issues on a daily basis.
- Communicate with the quality team and other related stakeholders on process changes & Liaise with US Property Operations Team and/or evictions department/ Local eviction attorneys on compliance process.
- Should have very high level of attention to details & preferably possess legal language understanding.
- Should be able to identify process gaps and communicate with leads to implement the change
- Good interpersonal/ communication skills needed to handle multiple channels across with stakeholders.
- Should be able to comfortably navigate through new technology.
- Ensure productivity by maintaining files processed/day ratio as per target or as required· Contribute effectively to the monthly closure of tasks within deadlines·
- Help Your team lead in identifying & improving processes through various optimization initiatives.
- Adhere to the Quality Assurance score as determined
