Intern Responsibilities under Data Center Department (DC/ DR)

DR – Disaster Recovery:

• Support automation and digitalisation in data centre facility operations.
• Develop dashboards, reports, trackers, and workflow tools.
• Analyse facility data on power, cooling, maintenance, alarms, and environmental conditions. Automate routine reports and operational checklists.
• Maintain records for preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, incident follow-up, and audit evidence.
• Conduct DR trend and gap analysis by correlating incident management data with DR exercise results to identify gaps.
• Analyse and visualise the Disaster Recovery (DR) dashboard, providing a centralised view of DR readiness Build the Book of Work (BOW) and DR Operations Manual in Confluence to create a comprehensive repository.
• Streamline DR checklists to ensure consistency, completeness and operational effectiveness across all DR.

DC- Data Centre Facility Management team in:

• Facility inspections
• Maintenance documentation
• Performance monitoring
• Compliance activities
• Sustainability initiatives
• While gaining practical exposure to mission-critical systems.

• Minimum CGPA: 3.0
• Preferred Skills: Data Analytics, Trend Analysis, Basic Scripting, Bash, Java, HTML, Power BI
• Preferred Fields of Study: Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or any related IT field (such as Data Center)
