We are currently seeking an experienced Carpet & Floor Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial floor care and carpet maintenance and take pride in delivering high-quality results.
Responsibilities:
- Carpet cleaning, extraction, and spot treatment
- Floor stripping, waxing, buffing, and polishing
- Operating floor care equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintaining cleanliness and appearance of commercial facilities
- Following safety procedures and company standards
- Identifying and reporting maintenance or safety concerns
Requirements:
- Previous carpet and floor care experience required
- Knowledge of floor machines, buffers, burnishers, and carpet extraction equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical labor
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
