JOB SUMMARY
The Assistant Administrative Coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily completion of all payroll, scheduling, and communication functions of the Ski & Ride School. This position primarily assists the Administrative Manager in completing organizational tasks but will also serve as support for other areas of operation in the Ski & Ride School. The person in this position must be highly organized, attentive to detail, service-oriented, and excellent with people.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Primary function is to provide administrative support to the Director and Snowsports Leadership Team to include;
Perform payroll support functions and coordinate the process with the Administrative Manager.
Assist with all staff communications.
Enter data into the Snowsports scheduling software and ensure that information is up-to-date and accurate.
Assist in supervising sales staff at the SRS front sales desk.
Monitor all presales of Snowsports products daily on the website. Communicate with the management team on sales levels to help facilitate staffing.
Run sales and service reports for Snowsports. Maintain and update instructor schedules and records.
Act as a central point of contact and an information hub for the staff.
Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge and experience inputting data with scheduling systems and databases.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Detail-oriented and able to take on assignments largely unsupervised.
Competent working with Microsoft Office products.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
This position may be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays while in operation.
Able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position a minimum of 25 pounds on an occasional basis.
Manual dexterity to operate a computer and other common office equipment on a constant basis.
Auditory and visual acuity to communicate with computers, phones, and mobile devices and basic office equipment on a constant basis.
