What you'll bring to the team
We're looking for Admissions Hosts to join our fantastic team at the London Eye, welcoming thousands of guests every day to one of London's most iconic attractions.
As an Admissions Host, you'll be at the heart of the guest experience. From helping visitors choose the best tickets and experiences to managing queues and providing outstanding customer service, you'll make every interaction memorable. You'll be confident, approachable, and passionate about creating unforgettable days out while helping guests get the most from their visit.
What you'll be doing
- Welcoming guests with energy, enthusiasm and a friendly smile
- Selling tickets for the London Eye, River Cruise and other Merlin attractions
- Helping guests choose the best ticket options and promoting additional experiences and upgrades
- Providing exceptional customer service while exceeding guest expectations
- Managing queues and ensuring guests have a smooth, enjoyable arrival experience
- Handling cash and card transactions accurately while following company procedures
- Maintaining excellent product knowledge to confidently answer guest questions
- Working closely with your team to achieve daily sales and customer service targets
- Supporting colleagues across the attraction whenever needed
- Following all health and safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and colleagues
Our attraction is open every day of the year, so you'll need full flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, bank holidays and school holidays.
Qualifications & Experience
- A confident communicator who enjoys interacting with hundreds of guests each day
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Comfortable recommending ticket upgrades and additional experiences in a genuine, guest-focused way
- Able to remain positive and professional in a fast-paced environment
- A great team player who enjoys supporting colleagues and working towards shared goals
- Comfortable handling cash and following operational procedures
- Aged 18 or over due to health and safety regulations
