Senior Test Manager SAP S/4 IS-U

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Senior Test Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site. The consultant will primarily work on projects related to SAP S/4 IS-U, with a strong emphasis on Utilities (IS-U) expertise.

Responsibilities:

The consultant will be responsible for the following tasks under Keystone Solutions' consultancy model:

• Developing a testing strategy and approach for projects and changes to the current solution.
• Writing the integrated test plan with support from the client's test manager.
• Setting up and managing the tracking of tests and identified anomalies, including resolution tracking.
• Defining the scope and schedule for different testing phases and implementing detailed test tracking (real-time dashboard).
• Monitoring the development of various test scenarios based on project blueprints and assisting in their execution as needed.
• Tracking test progress against the schedule and reporting anomalies, including associated risks, to the IT PM and project Steerco.
• Ensuring documentation and training align with testing needs.
• Verifying that all relevant applications and interfaces are tested to guarantee no regression after production deployment.
• Familiarizing with the client's SAP IS-U application and related applications.

Expected Deliverables:

• A testing approach and schedule for various SAP projects.
• A library of test scenarios (positive and negative).
• A list of acceptance criteria.
• A testing approach and solution.
• Reporting of test results, anomalies, and related actions using JIRA.
• Test tracking and acceptance reports.
• Comprehensive documentation for future reuse.

Requirements:

The following qualifications are essential for this role:

• Advanced expertise in JIRA, including workflow design and optimization, real-time dashboard creation, and management of testing extensions like Xray or Zephyr.
• ISTQB Foundation certification is required; ISTQB Test Manager/Advanced certification is a significant advantage.
• Strong understanding of SAP S4 IS-U processes and inter-module integration testing, with knowledge of SAP interfaces (IDoc, RFC, CPI) being a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to challenge IT and business teams, natural leadership in coordinating testing phases, strong quality orientation, conflict management skills, and complete autonomy in planning and executing testing activities.
