About Us

We provide mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) construction to institutional and government organizations. We are a design-build contractor with extensive BIM and LEED expertise, as well as specialty experience working on complex marine, pump station, and water and wastewater projects.

Job Summary

General Contractor seeking a team-minded person with excellent skills in working with others and coordinating multiple tasks. Primarily office work with periodic visits to field locations.  Attention to detail is a must. Self-initiator but strong emphasis on patience for slow growth from gradual training by experienced team members and ability to take direction.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Specific duties include but are not limited to invoice processing review and reconciliations, procurement review, cost coding review within various applications, job cost and profit forecasting, accounts receivable tracking, equipment tracking, small business enterprise participation tracking, legal compliance and Client interaction regarding various topics.

Qualifications

General accounting experience required but will train on various applications. Good knowledge of Excel and general computer skills are needed, as well as integrity to maintain confidential information and meet deadlines.  

Attention to detail is a must.  Self-initiator but strong emphasis on patience for slow growth from gradual training by experienced team members and ability to take direction. Any construction experience a plus.
