Collaborating closely with Employer Brand & Attraction and Recruitment Support colleagues, you will partner with Hiring Leaders to deliver on an ambitious talent acquisition agenda with a strong focus on sourcing, selection, onboarding, and diversity & inclusion (D&I).
Please note: This is a permanent position located in our Nyíregyháza site in Hungary. Our flexible working model allows employees to work 2 days/week from home (3 days in the office).

Core Responsibilities
Your focus will be to drive a high-quality end-to-end lifecycle of recruitment for roles in the Operation ELT area across the globe with the following responsibilities:
- Recruiting of new talents to various functions within the Operations teams, primarily but not exclusively to our Nyíregyháza manufacturing site (mostly technical roles ranging from Engineers, Specialists, up to Director-level positions)
- Acting as on-site Talent Acquisition partner for salaried (white-collar) recruitment in Nyíregyháza, independently managing local hiring while working as part of a globally distributed Talent Acquisition team
- Build sustainable relationships with Leaders and HR People Partners to understand and support the factory and individual teams’ needs in relation to talent acquisition.
- Proactively build market insights, activate inclusive and relevant sourcing activities, nurture talent pools to increase the availability of talent in short and medium term, and build effective selection techniques which will allow you to hire for LEGO® values and potential.
- Work in close partnership with our Business Service Operations (BSO) Recruitment Support team to assign recruitment process related tasks.
- Support an outstanding candidate pre- & onboarding experience for new hires that strive to drive enhanced engagement, efficiency, and retention.
- Help drive and secure strong support to our Diversity & Inclusion agenda.

Do you have what it takes?
- Profound experience leading end-to-end recruitment processes (including strong interview exposure) in an international, fast-paced environment ideally within manufacturing (Engineering, Specialist – up to Director level).
- Demonstrable ability in sourcing and selecting talent across various seniority levels and functional areas within the Operations space driving recruitment processes that are aligned to our company strategy.
- Pro-active sourcing approach with an outstanding ability to identify and navigate sourcing tools and methodologies and handle talent pools for the ultimate employer brand experience.
- Ability to effectively balance and prioritise multiple recruitments, clear communication through various channels, follow through, and candidate activities.
- Experienced and motivated to work with data and insights to qualify recruitment decisions.
- A confident communicator with a collaborative approach and a focus on being brave, curious, and focused.
- Proficient verbal and written English language skills are required as is fluent Hungarian.
