About the Role

As a Server, you’ll be at the center of the guest experience. You’ll guide guests through our sushi offerings, cocktails, and specials while delivering polished, attentive service in a lively atmosphere.

This is a fast-moving role ideal for someone who stays calm under pressure, communicates well with teammates, and enjoys connecting with people.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests warmly and create a memorable dining experience
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver food, cocktails, wine, and specialty items with attention to detail
• Learn and confidently explain menu items, sushi selections, and craft cocktails
• Maintain strong communication with bartenders, hosts, runners, and kitchen staff
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues professionally
• Keep service areas clean, organized, and guest-ready throughout the shift
• Help maintain the energetic, polished atmosphere our guests expect

What We’re Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong hospitality mindset
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to stay professional during busy shifts
• Weekend and evening availability preferred
• Previous serving experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate
• Interest in food, sushi, cocktails, wine, and nightlife culture is highly valued
