Wilde Subaru is looking for a motivated, dependable Automotive Lube Technician to join our fast-paced service team.

What You’ll Do

As a Lube Technician, you will help keep our service department moving by completing routine maintenance services accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform oil and filter changes

• Complete tire rotations and basic tire services

• Check and top off vehicle fluids

• Inspect brakes, tires, batteries, belts, hoses, and other key components

• Complete multipoint vehicle inspections

• Clearly document inspection findings and recommended maintenance needs

• Replace air filters, cabin filters, wiper blades, and light bulbs

• Assist with basic maintenance and entry-level repairs

• Verify completed work and ensure vehicles are ready for customer delivery

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Follow dealership, manufacturer, and safety procedures

• Work closely with technicians, service advisors, and parts team members

• Participate in training and development opportunities

What You’ll Bring

• Previous automotive, lube, tire, or maintenance experience is preferred

• Technical school education is a plus

• Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Dependable attendance and a strong sense of urgency

• Willingness to learn and accept coaching

• Positive, team-oriented attitude

• Ability to safely operate tools and shop equipment

• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
