The Bradley Hotel is looking for energetic and service-driven AM and PM Working Food & Beverage Supervisors to lead our front-of-house teams in Birdie's Rooftop and Arbor. Position Summary
As a Working Food & Beverage Supervisor, you'll play an active leadership role in the daily operations of Birdie's and Arbor. This hands-on position is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting, coaching, and developing the front-of-house team. You'll ensure service standards, operational procedures, and quality expectations are consistently met while creating a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and associates.
Essential Functions
Lead and support the day-to-day operations of Birdie's and Arbor during assigned shifts.
Supervise, coach, and develop front-of-house team members to deliver exceptional service.
Lead by example by working alongside the team during service.
Ensure compliance with all hotel, restaurant, safety, and sanitation policies and procedures.
Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally while maintaining the highest level of guest satisfaction.
Answer guest questions regarding hotel amenities, restaurant offerings, and property services.
Monitor restaurant cleanliness, presentation, equipment, and work areas to ensure brand standards are maintained.
Inspect food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and compliance with health regulations.
Assist with cash handling, balancing receipts, and maintaining established credit and cash control procedures.
Support restaurant promotions and maintain knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and engaging work environment.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational success.
What are we looking for?
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a restaurant, luxury hotel, or full-service resort preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.
- Knowledge of Micros POS is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent guest service and communication abilities.
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Positive attitude with a passion for hospitality.
