Schedule: Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm

Ventura Manufacturing is seeking experienced Production Team Members to join our 2nd shift team. If you're dependable, enjoy hands-on work, and have a proven manufacturing background, we'd like to talk with you.
At Ventura, you'll be part of a team that produces components and assemblies for furniture, automotive, and consumer products while working in a clean, team-oriented environment focused on safety, quality, and growth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Perform production and assembly tasks safely and efficiently
- Rotate between workstations and learn multiple production processes
- Follow quality standards and work instructions
- Work with teammates to meet production goals
- Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, and efficiency
- Contribute to a positive team environment
Requirements
- 2+ consecutive years of manufacturing, production, assembly, machine operation, or related industrial experience
- Basic math skills
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Commitment to safety and quality
