Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician with Obstetrics (FMOB) for Southern Missouri Community Health Center in West Plains, Missouri.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Provide comprehensive outpatient family medicine services for patients across the lifespan.
- Opportunity to perform obstetrical deliveries; obstetrics participation is optional.
- Practice approximately 80% Family Medicine and 20% Obstetrics.
- Perform office procedures including IUD placement, Nexplanon insertion, and circumcisions based on training.
- Collaborate with hospital partners, referral staff, and clinical leadership to provide coordinated patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation while supporting continuity of care within a mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Competitive base salary of $210,000-$220,000.
- $100 bonus for every delivery performed.
- Annual quality incentive bonus of $5,000-$8,000.

Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- FMOB training or experience preferred for physicians performing obstetrics.
- Eligible for Missouri medical licensure.
- Comfortable providing comprehensive outpatient family medicine.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
