We are looking for a dynamic and analytical profile to join our PMO team. As an Intern, you will be a key player in ensuring our most ambitious projects (including large-scale government initiatives) are executed with precision and agility.

What will you do with us?

• Strategic Planning: Capture and document key activities, helping to design the tracking formats that keep everything on track.
• Real-Time Monitoring: Update the status of projects in execution and maintain direct communication with teams so no one loses the beat.
• Risk Management: Identify and communicate barriers or delays before they become problems.
• Executive Reporting: Support the creation of Dashboards and high-level reports for the leadership team.
• Document Management: Act as the guardian of documentation for robust government projects (organization, printing, and archiving).

Key Deliverables Under Your Charge:

• Detailed planning registers.
• Weekly project execution status reports.
• Updated risk and barrier matrix.
• Communication and team tracking logs.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Education: Active student in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields (with approximately 2 years remaining until graduation).
• Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel is your best friend).
• Tech-Savvy: Proactive use of Generative AI (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) to optimize tasks.
• Languages: English level B1 (Desirable).
• Availability: Morning shift.
