The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for all administrative functions including, action-item tracking and follow-up, rosters, training records, contract documentation support, etc.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
· Reviewing, documenting and tasking assistance for all contract data requirements lists (CDRL) and all eCRAFT administrative management
· Record and attend all relevant meetings and meeting minutes
· In charge of action-item tracking and required follow-up
· Maintain all training records for employees and follow-up as necessary
· In charge of all contract documentation support
· Supports communication onsite by maintaining communication records and channels
· Review Ensure the accuracy of all meeting minutes, rosters, reports, records etc.
· Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and mission focus across the team
· Other duties as related to the business functions of FWG Solutions, as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
· High School Degree Required
· Associate's Degree Required (preferably in business administration, office management or related field)
Licenses & Certifications:
· Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain an Interim Secret Clearance
Experience:
· Five to seven (5-7) years of experience in a similar position
· Experience using DoD/Navy financial systems, as well as ME-Craft, MS Office and/or TWMS tracking
· Knowledge of the substantive programs within the division and branches

· Ability to monitor and evaluate schedule and financial activities
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignments as required
· Knowledge of correspondence and writing procedures and practices
