As a Talent Acquisition Assistant, you will support recruitment activities across Latin America, partnering with recruiters and stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate experience and efficient hiring processes. The role combines recruitment coordination, talent market insights, sourcing support, and administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment operations and maintain accurate candidate data and reports.
- Gather talent market insights and feedback from new hires across LATAM, with a focus on Brazil.
- Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling between candidates and hiring teams.
- Support candidate sourcing initiatives through LinkedIn and other recruiting channels.
- Assist with job posting, employer branding, and talent attraction activities.
- Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition coordination, administration, or customer-facing support roles is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working with MS Office, ATS platforms or LinkedIn is preferred.
- Intermediate level of English and/or Spanish.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
