Alcott Global has been retained by Apollo Tyres, a leading global tyre manufacturer, to identify a strategic leader for its Supply Chain Transformation organization. This leadership role is responsible for defining and executing the global Supply Chain Digital Transformation strategy across planning, logistics, distribution, customer service, data, and analytics, while driving the digital agenda under Apollo EDGE (Enhance. Digitize. Grow. Execute.). As a key member of the Supply Chain Transformation leadership team, the Head – SC Digital, Data & Analytics will partner with business, digital, and technology leaders to build a best-in-class, data-driven, agile, and resilient global supply chain.

The role will lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives across supply chain planning, logistics, visibility, orchestration, analytics, and data governance. The individual will be responsible for building digital capabilities, scaling supply chain analytics, strengthening master data governance, driving AI/ML-enabled decision making, and institutionalizing digital operating models while working closely with the CSCO, CDO, Digital & IT teams, Operations, Finance, and other cross-functional stakeholders.

What we are looking for:

The ideal candidates will bring strong experience in global Supply Chain Digital Transformation, with a proven track record in Supply Chain Planning, Logistics Digitalization, Data & Analytics, AI/ML, Digital Product Ownership, Data Governance, Control Towers, APS/o9 platforms, SAP APO, TMS/WMS, Supply Chain Orchestration, and large-scale transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end global Supply Chain Digital Transformation agenda, partnering with the CSCO, CDO, Supply Chain Leadership Team (SCLT), and Digital leadership to define and execute the digital operating model, investment roadmap, governance framework, and transformation priorities across Apollo EDGE.
• Own and govern the Digitize pillar of Apollo EDGE by establishing digital KPIs, transformation milestones, regional governance, executive reviews, and ensuring successful delivery of enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
• Build and institutionalize a Supply Chain Digital Centre of Excellence (COE), introducing Product Owner capabilities, agile ways of working, digital product development, and governance models while driving adoption of best practices across the global supply chain organization.
• Drive digital transformation across supply chain planning, logistics, distribution, and customer service by implementing and enhancing planning platforms (APS/o9), logistics execution platforms (TMS, WMS, Zeus), control towers, visibility platforms, AI/ML solutions, and supply chain orchestration capabilities.
• Build and scale enterprise Supply Chain Analytics capabilities by transitioning from descriptive to predictive and prescriptive analytics, enabling real-time business insights, cognitive decision support, digital collaboration, and AI-enabled decision making across the supply chain.
• Lead the development and institutionalization of a global Supply Chain Data Governance & Management framework, ensuring high-quality master data, integrated data lake architecture, process ownership, automation, and robust governance across enterprise supply chain systems.
• Develop high-performing digital supply chain teams by building digital capability, strengthening analytics expertise, driving continuous learning, and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, agility, and execution while leading a team of 6–8 direct reports and global cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate closely with Digital & IT, Supply Chain COEs, Operations, Logistics, Finance, HR, external technology partners, customers, and third-party logistics providers to accelerate digital transformation, benchmark industry best practices, and deliver measurable improvements in cost, service, inventory, agility, and customer experience.

Candidate Profile:

• 18+ years of experience in Supply Chain Digital Transformation, including global program delivery across planning, logistics, analytics, and enterprise supply chain functions.
• Strong expertise in Supply Chain Planning, o9/APS platforms, SAP APO, TMS, WMS, Control Towers, Master Data Management, AI/ML, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Orchestration, and enterprise data ecosystems.
• Proven experience leading large-scale global digital transformation programs, establishing digital operating models, analytics capabilities, master data governance, and enterprise digital roadmaps.
• Demonstrated success influencing senior business stakeholders, leading cross-functional global teams, and driving organizational change across multiple regions.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning, Logistics, Distribution, Customer Service, Digital Product Ownership, Data Governance, and Supply Chain Strategy.
• Experience building high-performing digital organizations, managing strategic technology partners, and delivering measurable business outcomes through digital transformation and analytics.
• MBA in Supply Chain or a related discipline preferred; SCOR, APICS, and Digital Transformation certifications are advantageous.
