Responsibilities

• Take full ownership for the management of the performance of the business, through ongoing business performance reporting and commentary across both financial and non-financial metrics.
• Ownership and presentation of the P&L, quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting processes.
• Lead commercial negotiations across legal, property and investment negotiations.
• Prepare and present investment proposals to SLT and Corporate.
• Drive insights led analysis that supports growth- understanding retail metrics and sales data.
• Proactively review key risks and opportunities across the business and engage your business partners in supporting the tactical execution of initiatives to close gaps, mitigate risks and leverage opportunities
• Grow and nurture a high performing team, promote the strategy and vision ensuring employee engagement and alignment with key stakeholders
• Partner with a range of stakeholders throughout the supply chain process, retail network, operations, merchandising and marketing teams.
