Summary:
As a Responsible AI Tech Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the development and deployment of artificial intelligence solutions that prioritize ethical considerations and compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires guiding teams to integrate responsible AI principles into projects, facilitating collaboration across various departments, and championing the adoption of AI technologies that align with organizational values and societal expectations. The position demands continuous engagement with stakeholders to ensure AI initiatives are transparent, fair, and accountable, while also driving innovation within the ethical framework of AI applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of ethical AI frameworks within projects to ensure compliance with evolving standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development among team members to promote responsible AI practices.
- Monitor and evaluate AI systems post-deployment to identify and mitigate potential ethical risks.
- Support junior professionals by providing mentorship and guidance to foster their growth in responsible AI methodologies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure AI foundry, Microsoft Azure Machine Learning, Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Machine Learning, Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics and governance frameworks.
- Experience in designing and deploying AI solutions with a focus on transparency and accountability.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to integrate responsible AI principles into diverse projects.
- Familiarity with cloud-based AI platforms and tools to support scalable and secure AI deployments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure AI foundry.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
