We are seeking to recruit a Recruitment Executive to join our Selection & Recruitment team. This role is ideal for an individual who is looking for an opportunity to interact with varied clients and work with different sectors. It offers the possibility to help other professionals find fulfilling jobs, and help clients find the talent they need to power their organisations.

 

The selected individual will be responsible for assisting an array of clients in their human resources. This will be achieved through:

 

- Building relationships with clients;

- Acting as the client’s extended HR function;

- Meeting clients to identify and anticipate their resourcing requirements;

- Handling recruitment assignments from beginning to end;

- Guiding clients in planning effective recruitment campaigns;

- Shortlisting and interviewing candidates;

- Consulting clients and guiding them on the best selection assessments whilst making recommendations; and,

- Engaging in various events and actively participating in networking opportunities. 

 

The ideal candidate must have a Diploma level of education in a relevant area or at least two years of experience working in a similar role. Having a natural aptitude for dealing with different people is essential for this role as is the aptitude to handle various projects simultaneously. The chosen candidate for this opportunity will be results-oriented, customer-centric, be able to build relationships and have a positive attitude.

 

The selected candidate will form part of a small but dynamic team of effective performers. Commitment to work, ability to exercise tact and discretion, excellent command of both verbal and written English and Maltese together with a strong grasp of MS Office applications are essential criteria for the above roles.

 

The candidate chosen for the above position will be given extensive on-the-job and formal training.
