ServiceNow Developer

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our consultancy mission at a client site. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, developing, and integrating application solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Your primary goal will be to automate business processes (IT, Human Resources, Customer Service) to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and configure native modules of the platform (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).
• Develop custom scripts (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions) in JavaScript.
• Create and customize user portals (Service Portal) using HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Model data and configure validation workflows (Flow Designer).
• Implement the functional and technical architecture of the ServiceNow WSD platform.
• Implement data models related to assets, buildings, spaces, contracts, suppliers, and vehicles.
• Establish workflows and processes related to inventories, asset movements, and Facility Management.
• Follow the Out-Of-The-Box (OOTB) model approach of ServiceNow.
• Conduct data migration and recovery.
• Perform integration testing of the solution.
• Provide documentation of configurations and developments.

General Technical Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in software development.

Specific Technical Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in implementing and configuring ServiceNow applications.
• Knowledge of JavaScript and Flow Designer.
• Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.

Education and Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• ServiceNow Certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) IT Service Management, Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) Human Resources Service Delivery.

Additional Assets:

• Experience in a public service is a plus.
• A certification or ongoing certification process in Workplace Service Delivery is considered an asset.

Language Skills:

• Native language: French or Dutch.
• Good knowledge of the second national language.
• Fluency in English.

Security Clearance Procedure:

The employee must be willing to undergo a security clearance procedure based on the necessary access (Law of 11/12/1998).
