Rental Exclusive - Marina Alta

We are looking for a motivated and reliable **Rental Exclusive** to support the day-to-day management of a portfolio of holiday rental properties across the Marina Alta area.

This role is ideal for a well-organised, customer-focused professional with rental experience, good local knowledge, and a hands-on approach to delivering excellent guest experiences.

## Tasks

• Support the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of short-term rental properties
• Coordinate bookings across multiple platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, direct bookings, etc.)
• Handle guest communication before, during, and after their stay
• Assist with organising check-ins and check-outs
• Coordinate with cleaning, laundry, and maintenance teams
• Ensure properties are well-presented and meet quality standards
• Help resolve guest issues in a professional and timely manner
• Support maintaining good relationships with property owners

## Requirements

• **Previous experience in rentals is essential** (short-term rentals, property management, or hospitality)
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle day-to-day operational tasks efficiently
• Basic problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
• Good knowledge of the Marina Alta area is an advantage
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends when required
• Driving licence and own vehicle preferred
• **Languages:** Spanish and English required; additional languages will be valued
