PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) – Traverse City, MI
Location: Traverse City, MI
Job Type: PRN / Per Diem
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our therapy team on a PRN basis. In this role, you will help patients improve their ability to perform daily activities, increase independence, and achieve their highest level of function.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide occupational therapy services to improve functional abilities and quality of life
- Assess and recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
Qualifications
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Michigan Occupational Therapist license
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or healthcare settings preferred
