1. Monitor and process incoming e-mail, chat and phone correspondences on
routine issues, helping to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software
issues on F5 products and services.
2. Under supervision of more experienced senior product support team members,
work through an ISO certified Quality Management System set of defined
procedures to build a plan of action and take appropriate action.
3. Follows standard practices in dispatching cases according to defined guidelines
and builds the support documentation to accurately describe the issue and
resolution.
4. Participates in ongoing training with F5 products and related technologies.
