Position Overview
The Senior Project Manager provides leadership for multiple commercial drywall projects from preconstruction through closeout. The role is responsible for project execution, financial performance, scheduling, client relationships, safety, risk management, and successful project delivery.
Success in the First Year
• Successfully manage multiple projects from award through closeout.
• Deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
• Build strong GC and client relationships.
• Mentor project team members.
• Improve profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Project Leadership
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously.
• Develop schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
• Review estimates, contracts, and project scope.
• Monitor profitability and productivity.
Financial & Contract Management
• Manage RFIs, submittals, purchase orders, change orders, billings, and closeout.
• Forecast costs and manage job financials.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
Client & Team Leadership
• Serve as primary client contact.
• Collaborate with field leadership and estimators.
• Mentor assistant project managers and support staff.
Safety & Quality
• Promote OSHA compliance and Tricon's safety culture.
• Ensure quality standards are achieved.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of commercial drywall construction experience.
• Strong financial and contractual management skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, Quick Bid, PlanGrid, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• OSHA 30 and BIM/LEED experience preferred.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Regular travel to construction sites, active jobsite walking, PPE use, climbing stairs/ladders as needed, and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary range: $130,000–$165,000, ESOP, generous employer 401(k) contribution, health, dental, vision, paid time off, holidays, and professional development.
