Your Day-to-Day
- Develop, manage, and execute social media content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, business objectives, and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and content creators to produce engaging, high-quality content across social media platforms.
- Monitor, analyze, and report social media performance, providing actionable insights to optimize engagement, reach, and overall content effectiveness.
- Stay informed on platform updates, emerging trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and audience growth.
- Support the execution of product launches, campaigns, and promotional initiatives while ensuring timely and consistent content delivery.
- Partner with the Performance Marketing team to optimize the synergy between organic and paid social content for maximum campaign impact.
Who We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated understanding of major social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok, including platform best practices and content trends.
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content planning skills with the ability to create engaging, audience-focused messaging.
- Proficiency in social media analytics and reporting, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Familiarity with content planning, scheduling, and analytics tools, along with experience using collaboration or project management platforms.
- Strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
