Job Description

1.  Able to measure both element and steel by CMM, according to GIA.

既可根据GIA要求对产品进行CMM尺寸测量，并且可以对模具铁块进行测量。

2.  Able to read mechanical parts drawings. Familiar with the meaning of dimension tolerance, geometric tolerances.

能看懂机械零件图纸。熟悉尺寸公差，形位公差的含义。

3.  Evaluation of the elements according to the specifications (Safety, dimension and functional). 

能按照标准检查零件（包括安全、尺寸和功能）。

4.  Be able to use the basic statistical methods for data collection.

会使用基础统计方法进行数据统计。

5.  Record inspection results in the systems 

在系统中记录检验结果。

6.  Understand and be able to use PDCA tool to solve the problem.

理解并会使用PDCA的方法进行问题解决。

7.  Be able to make the CMM program with the help of program owner. 

能在CMM程序员的协助下编写程序。

8.  Be able to host according to huddle meeting process.

能根据乐高huddle会议的流程主持会议。

9.  Be able to follow red tag process on 5S.

能使用红标签方法进行5S的整改。

10. Be able to write mails to relevant departments in English.

能用英语邮件进行各部门的信息传递。

11. Be able to use Microsoft skills, e.g. PPT, SharePoint, Teams and so on.

会使用软件进行PPT演示，使用SharePoint及其他微软的软件进行办公。
 

Requirement:

• Experience with Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM).
• Use of manual measurements equipments, Vernier, Height Gauge, Pin gauge.
• Drawing interpretation.
• Basic understanding of GD&T.
• Basic Understanding about Measuring System Analisis (MSA).
• Basic understanding of inspection processes like, Quality Laboratory, Incoming inspection, final Inspection.
• Experience working in SAP
• Knowledge about and ability to navigate and work in Office 365 (MS word, Excel, Local/global sharepoint, Outlook)
• Willingness to join team seminars and travel up to 5 days per year
• Language skills - Intermediate - Level 10-12 (B2)

Minimum 3 years experience in Incoming inspection or final inspection area, with Manual inspection equipment and CMM machine.
