Key Purpose of the role:
The Senior Enterprise Transformation Specialist supports the development, evolution and adoption of ASX Delivery Framework (ADF) artefacts, guidance and enablement assets. The role helps translate strategic intent, policy and framework requirements into practical, usable tools and materials that support consistent, scalable delivery practices, effective enterprise delivery and risk management across ASX.
Your Team:
The Enterprise Customer & Operations team (EC&O) enables ASX to run better by improving customer experiences and interactions, delivering simplified processes and services, integrated delivery planning and capability, and driving consistency of standards.
The Enterprise Enablement team within EC&O provides enterprise capabilities and frameworks that enable and govern change, transformation, delivery, strategy execution, customer products, data management and process mapping.
Your responsibilities:
- Support delivery of the ASX Delivery Framework (ADF) Transformation product backlog by analysing, drafting and refining templates, processes, standards, guidance and enablement materials.
- Translate ADF policy, framework requirements and governance controls into clear, practical artefacts that delivery teams can understand, apply and adopt.
- Work with the Manager, Delivery Transformation Frameworks to align process, template, standard and guidance changes with tooling changes, Risk Transformation principles and enterprise delivery priorities.
- Coordinate development, review and rollout of assigned ADF materials, including managing stakeholder input, resolving feedback and preparing materials for approval or release.
- Support business adoption through clear communication, practical guidance, enablement materials and change management activities.
- Actively engage stakeholders across ASX to build understanding and co-design the ADF. Prepare materials for and participate in working groups and facilitate design forums.
- Contribute to the evolution of the ADF to incorporate persistent teams, continuous delivery practices and improved ways of working.
- Manage assigned dependencies, delivery timelines and priorities to help address a large and evolving backlog efficiently.
- Prepare high-quality papers, briefings, updates and supporting materials tailored to delivery, executive and governance audiences.
- Role model ASX values, contribute to a collaborative Enterprise Enablement culture, share knowledge across teams and undertake other activities reasonably required to support the effective operation of the function.
Your experience and qualifications
Must have:
- Relevant qualification or training in process design, business analysis, product delivery, change, delivery transformation or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience supporting delivery of projects, programs or transformation initiatives.
- Practical experience using or improving delivery artefacts, templates, processes, standards or guidance.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, contribute to backlog delivery and produce high-quality outputs within agreed timeframes.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, analytical, communication and writing skills, with the ability to make framework content clear, usable and relevant.
Nice to have:
- Experience working with delivery frameworks, operating model change, process improvement or enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Experience operating in complex or regulated organisations.
- Exposure to Agile ways of working.
- Experience with collaboration, documentation and delivery tools such as Confluence, Jira and Microsoft 365.
