REQUIRED SKILLS AND DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE:
- We’re looking for someone who brings solid hands‑on experience building and customizing applications that support intelligence analysis. A strong technical foundation is important, and you’ll succeed here if you have:
- Proficiency in Python and Java, with some experience in C++
- Experience working with backend technologies such as Python, PostgreSQL, and AWS services (including SQS)
- Front‑end web development script experience using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React and Angular
- Familiarity with user-centered design principles, web standards, typography and color, and web usability best practices
- Experience using GitHub for version control, issue tracking, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)
- Demonstrated professional experience using containerization platforms such as Docker, and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes for developing and deploying containerized applications and microservices.
HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS AND DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE:
- Full‑stack development experience within the customer's cloud environment
- Understanding of the customer's data ecosystem
- Experience supporting analytic mission areas, especially research related to analyst workflows or user needs
- Ability to structure and organize solutions to complex problems
- Strong collaboration and coordination skills across teams and stakeholders
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
