Launch a Brand-New Luxury Apartment Community from the Ground Up
Are you an experienced Multifamily Leasing Professional or Assistant Property Manager who thrives in the excitement of a new construction lease-up? Do you enjoy building leasing momentum, creating resident excitement, and being part of something from day one?
Our client, a growing and highly respected multifamily owner/operator, is seeking an Assistant Property Manager / Lease-Up Specialist to become the first on-site team member for the launch of a brand-new luxury apartment community in Lehigh Valley, PA. This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in bringing a premier residential community to life while positioning yourself for long-term growth within an expanding organization.
About the Community
This new luxury apartment development will feature approximately 250+ apartment homes, with Phase I offering upscale one- and two-bedroom residences and future phases introducing luxury townhomes.
While construction progresses, you'll initially work from a nearby sister property before transitioning to the new community as leasing begins.
What You'll Do
As the first hire dedicated to this community, you'll help establish the foundation for a successful lease-up by:
- Leading leasing efforts from the earliest stages of the community launch
- Generating traffic, conducting apartment tours, and converting prospects into residents
- Building excitement and momentum before and throughout the lease-up
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience from first contact through move-in
- Assisting with resident relations, lease administration, and daily property operations
- Maintaining accurate leasing activity and reporting in Yardi
- Partnering closely with Regional Leadership while helping establish the on-site team
- Supporting marketing initiatives and outreach efforts to maximize occupancy
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as an Assistant Property Manager, Leasing Consultant, or Leasing Specialist in multifamily housing
- Lease-up experience strongly preferred
- Experience leasing luxury or Class A apartment communities is highly desirable
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with limited on-site infrastructure
- Strong closing, communication, and customer service skills
- Experience using Yardi preferred
- Familiarity with the Lehigh Valley multifamily market is a significant advantage
